1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing tp999.lat, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets or using any feature of the tp999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users regardless of how you access tp999 — whether via a mobile browser on Android, an iOS device, or any other internet-connected device.

3. Account Registration

Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension.

One Account Rule

Each player may hold one tp999 account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different mobile numbers, devices or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are discovered, tp999 will close all duplicates, may confiscate balances and winnings, and may permanently ban the player.

Account Security

4. KYC Verification

5. Deposits

tp999 accepts deposits in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) only. All account balances are maintained in BDT. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction, regardless of the payment method used.
• tp999 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa or Mastercard — are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Deposited funds are credited immediately upon confirmation of a successful payment. Funds are intended for gameplay; depositing and withdrawing without wagering constitutes misuse of payment infrastructure.

tp999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating account if there are reasonable grounds to believe the deposit was made fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your tp999 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard accounts; VIP accounts may have enhanced limits communicated separately.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held until verification is finalised.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad is within 1 hour for fully verified accounts. Rocket and Upay may take up to 3 hours. tp999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.
• tp999 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Any fees charged by the receiving payment provider are outside tp999's control and are the player's responsibility.

tp999 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other violation of these terms. tp999 will communicate the reason for any hold within 48 hours of the withdrawal request being suspended.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

tp999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific bonus terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all tp999 promotions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by tp999 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 10 times before the resulting funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the bonus terms; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

Bonus Abuse

tp999 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk to the player's balance.
• Using automated software or scripting tools to interact with tp999 in a way that provides an unfair advantage in satisfying bonus conditions.
• Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit a promotional offer in a manner not intended by tp999.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed through tp999 are final once confirmed. tp999 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets, except where a technical error on tp999's part caused an incorrect bet or price to be applied.

Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on tp999 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi and other sports — are subject to the specific rules for each market. If a match is cancelled, abandoned or suspended before the minimum number of overs, innings or periods required by the market rules have been completed, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

Casino and Slots

9. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

15. Amendments to These Terms

tp999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you continue to use tp999 after a change takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
